Almost 2 years after I wrote the above Review, I have had reason return to the store for advice on one of the products bought here. Well, I am totally amazed and so satisfied, for the moment we walked in, Clayton was so helpful and friendly, working toward a resolution to the problem we had. Within 24 hours , problem 100 % resolved to our complete satisfaction and excellence of Service by all involved along the way. I bought a bed and a mattress but was still waiting on the lease to be signed and Furniture Direct Gladstone was so patient and held everything for me until it all came through. On the exact day I needed it delivered, they were there. And the delivery guys put the bed together for me because I didn't realise that it would need to be, so I didn't ask for it. I appreciate the flexibility and helpfulness at every step. In addition, it's really nice quality.
